Plans not available

If you can't find the destination you are looking for in our destination list, data plans are not currently available. Hang on with us, though. We believe in a world where connectivity knows no boundaries, and we work daily to get you connected everywhere you go.

Why does my device say it’s locked?

If you've bought your phone from a mobile provider with a built-in contract, the provider will prevent you from using a mobile plan from another provider. Your phone will be considered "locked"; in this case, you won't be able to install and use an eSIM. You can wait until your contract expires. Or contact your mobile operator to cancel your current contract and unlock your phone.

Why isn’t my data plan working?

1) Is your Data Roaming switched on? It's easy to forget to enable data roaming. Make sure to turn it on before arriving at your destination. 2) Do you have coverage?  It'll be hard to use data if you’re in an area with low connectivity. Try moving your phone to another location and checking your signal bars to see the strength of your connection. Try temporarily putting your phone on Airplane Mode, then switch it back to restart the signal search.
